The Postpartum Period.
Birth is hard work. And once you get through to the other side it can get even harder! In addition to being a birth doula I am also a postpartum doula. I provide non judgemental, compassionate support! Everything from feeding help, diaper changes, laundry, dishes and I am a pretty good cook. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Sometimes you need someone to tell you everything will be ok. Sometimes you don't know what you need!
4 hours/120
One 4 hour visit perfect for parents with questions or concerns and just want a bit of help getting caught up with laundry, need a nap or would like a yummy meal prepared. This visit is completely customizable to your needs and can be booked last minute if we have availability.
12 hours/350
Three 4 hour visits. Plus one 1 hour visit before baby is born if we haven't met yet. We can create a postpartum plan together to help you be the most successful. Meal plans, feeding help, naps, showering alone, clean sheets... you name it! We can get it done.

Overnight Care/250
Having trouble sleeping? About to loose your sh*t?! (Yeah I said it!) Rest assured that your baby will be attended to all night long while you get as much sleep as possible (even while breastfeeding)! I will bring baby to you for nursing if needed or gather and clean your pumping parts and as soon as you are finished I do the burping and changing so all you need to do is roll over and go back to bed. 10 hours of overnight care from 8pm-6am.

Planning for a new baby is hard! And if you aren't fully sold on the idea of hiring a doula but would like the prenatal meetings to feel more prepared I'm here to help! We can discuss anything on your mind and I can help with local resources and ideas to help you have your best birth.
Birth Planning Consult/200
Let's plan! Go over your wishes and fears and put to paper how you would like the atomosphere when your baby enters the world. We go over routine procedures at your birthing location for before, during, and after birth. We can also discuss newborn care and standard hospital care. No question is too small, silly or personal to ask. I am an open book full of education and hands on personal and professional experience! Up to 2 hour visit.
